  • Experience with AirWatch Org Groups, Configuration, Profile Settings, Reporting & Device Inventory, Mobile Application Management
  • Experience provisioning mobile devices and developing provisioning process guides
  • AirWatch API experience or familiarity
  • Apple DEP experience or familiarity

  • Existing and Active Public Trust Security Clearance

Responsibilities—what your days will look like:

  • Onsite Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AirWatch MDM.  Implement and support all server components, configurations and settings, devices, provisioning process, etc.
  • Triage MDM outages, service issues, configuration, and other technical challenges with minimal reach back to AirWatch support.  Provide Tier 3+ escalation point as well as develop knowledge base information for Tier I/II helpdesk.
  • Proactively research and test new AirWatch updates, mobile device Operating System updates, application updates, etc.  Support both mobile devices and mobile applications, including configuration, testing, and issue resolution
  • Report and escalate risks, issues, and recommendations to the entire technical team
  • Serve as a representative on multiple Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
