We are presently identifying candidates for a Intelligence Initial Qualification Course (IIQC) Trainer for bid submission to a need solicited by the Department of the Army in reference to the 363d ISRW and subordinate units with the right subject matter expertise for the Full Spectrum Analysis & Targeting Solutions (FSATS) Task Order. It shall execute the ISR mission areas to include, but are not limited to:
     System Integration and Administration;
     Analysis Development;
     Targeting Development;
     and Training.
Collectively, all members of this task order shall contribute the assessment of threats and provide the Government with intelligence analysis, assessments and various intelligence products (& their implementations) against adversary target systems, associated critical capabilities/requirements, related entities (targets) of interest, and associated TTPs.

  • TOP SECRET Clearance is required. This contract does not allow for the time required to obtain a clearance. Therefore, all qualified candidates must already possess the necessary clearance and clearance level to be considered.
  • Experience with supporting Intelligence Initial Qualification Course (IIQC) execution and other training activities within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Experience with course instruction, materials development, course maintenance for FSATS areas of focus:
    • System Integration and Administration;
    • Analysis Development;
    • and Targeting Development.  
  • Exposure to the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) and U.S. Air Forces Central Command (USAFCENT AOR).
  • Flexible and experienced with travel requirements and processes; travel may be required up to 25% of the time in performance of this task order; may include CONUS and OCONUS travel.
  • Support instruction materials development, course maintenance, and other IIQC administrative management functions, as necessary.
  • Present and instruct IIQC course academics.
  • Support and attend MAJCOM-sponsored training requirements forums.
  • Support associated/parent unit training programs as required to maintain currency on Mission Design Series operations and associated intelligence support (between IIQC courses).
  • Will be involved with:
    • Implementation of effective and relevant training on all subtasks;
    • Deliver established training to government, military and contract personnel on operational capabilities and areas of expertise.  
  • Shall stay abreast of emerging capabilities in order to train analysts to increase effectiveness and efficiency of assigned tasks and missions.
  • Shall assist with the maintenance of all training and courseware development and execution IAW appropriate DOD, JOINT, and Service AFIs and other policy and guidance.
  • Shall implement new capability training, as needed.
  • Core hours of work will be of normal duty hours (0800-1700 local, Monday through Friday) or shift work (includes nights and weekends). The position may be required to provide labor hours more than 40 hours per work week to include holiday and weekends, and/or during irregular times and shifts based upon operations and exercises.
